Our customers have a 30 day return/exchange policy upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund* or exchange
 
We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by Automotive Workwear will NOT receive credit for the return.
 
Items received without an Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused and sent back to you
 
 
1.   For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you reorder and purchase the correct item online. Send the return back to us with the RMA number. When the old products are returned we will credit your account, less shipping charges. *The customer is responsible for cost of *shipping the exchange.
 
2. For those not wishing to purchase a new item before returning the old should use the Exchange Order Form below:

Defective Return or Exchange
Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense. Telephone us at 800-589-1084 or e-mail within 30 days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)
 
Contact us prior to sending back the item. We will refund or replace defective items at our expense. Do not use the exchange form.
 
Order Cancellations
Due to the speed at which orders are processed by our computers, there is only a limited time  in which orders may be cancelled. The customer has 24 hours from initial transaction to cancel purchase. All cancellations require confirmation by our customer service department at 800-489-9915. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers will still be charged for shipping. Our customers should follow our normal return policy to return items that have already been shipped.

Our customers have a 30 day return policy upon delivery.  If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund, less shipping charges. NO restock fees.
 
Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases.  We do not refund the cost of shipping only the purchase of an item.
 
Embroidered, hemmed, altered items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. Returned items must not be washed or worn.

Before you return or exchange any item for any reason-you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) phone 1-800-589-1084 (be sure to include the, order number, item, and your name) or fax us at 800-589-1025.
